Responsibilities

• Can complete basic maintenance functions which include but are not limited to painting, cleaning the dock, yard, and office.
• Ensure that areas such as plumbing, electric and HVAC are in working order.
• Sweeping and Emptying Trash cans
• Communicating and scheduling vendors when necessary
• Complete other various tasks as instructed
• Communicate any known defects to the building with local and corporate management
• Available for irregular work schedules and for altering work shifts and / or assignments
• Effectively interact and converse with customers and company personnel
• Lift and carry boxes without assistance
• Report all accidents and / or injuries immediately to Operations Supervisor on duty
• Work within all company safety requirements

Qualifications

• 18 years of age
• Basic math skills
• Fluent in English
